Ocular Films operate a cancellation fee policy to cover against costs incurred and work hours lost due to late cancellation of an edit or shoot. This policy applies to cancellations occuring close to the project start time and when resources have already been scheduled.
Cancellation of a shoot or edit
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start time the client will be liable for all studio, suite, equipment hire, talent fees and any non-refundable portions of booked travel. The client will also be responsible for 25% of the agreed daily rate.
If cancellation occurs between 72 and 24 hours of the scheduled start time the client will be liable for all studio, suite, equipment hire, talent fees and any non-refundable portions of booked travel. The client will also be responsible for 10% of the agreed daily rate.
Cancellations occurring earlier that 72 hours of the start of the scheduled shooting time will incur any non-refundable studio and equipment hire, talent fees and booked travel costs.
If an outdoor shoot is required Ocular will agree terms related to cancellation due to weather prior to the shoot.
Cancellation of Web services
Web services may be canceled at any time by mutual agreement. Upon cancellation any costs incurred until the date of cancellation will become due. If a resource has been scheduled then any non-refundable fees will become the responsibility of the client.
