Marketing strategy

If you need a hand to create your annual marketing plan, or want an outside and unbiased view of your current plan, then we are here to help. Often, you can become stuck in the day-to-day delivery, and an independent pair of eyes and outside thinking can really make a difference to the effectiveness of your marketing budget.

Measurement 

Sadly, the marketing and promotional budget is often near the top of the list when it comes to reviewing spend. This is despite the fact that when times are tough, you can actually take real advantage of a lack of competitor activity. In order to maximise any investment (yes, you should consider marketing and promotional spend as an investment), it is critical to understand exactly what is working and what is not.

When results don't meet objectives it's even more important to understand why and learn for future activity. Ocular provides unbiased, independent eyes for a robust review at a campaign level right through to your over-arching approach.

Campaign management

While they are (very) key elements, we are not silly enough to assume that the world begins and ends with online and video. The fact is people are now bombarded with an increasing number of emails, banner ads, and 'special offers'.

Once you have a great website and/or video, you need to make sure you then get the maximum number of eyes on it. Ocular provides full planning and campaign management and is here to assist with the production of other collateral (fliers, posters, direct mail pieces, etc) that help you and your products to be seen.

Visuals

They say that a picture tells a thousand words. We agree, and believe that our in-house production of videos certainly gives us an edge when it comes to creating other top class imagery - be it a print ad, poster or direct mail, as we truly understand the key tools of lighting, spacing, context, and use of colour.

We've got, or can source, all of the lighting, props and camera gear to get you the right result when it comes to producing a first class presentation. Example services include:

  • someone to attend your event and capture it on camera (video or photography)
  • stock images for your Annual report and/or presentations
  • your products to simply shine in front of the camera, for online or print
